You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must meet the expected return conditions described in the returns policy.

Did you buy a product at one of our events via the Klik & Collect website? Please read the ‘Klik & Collect returns’ at the return & refund policy page.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your product and place a new order for the desired size. All returned products will be processed and refunded within 14 days after receiving the package at our warehouse.

AANVULLENDE RETOURINFORMATIE

Hygiene products like underwear, earrings, socks etc. cannot be returned. Products like cd’s where the plastic wrapping has been removed will also not be able to be returned.

We offer free returns when you choose a voucher as your return solution. The voucher will be automatically send to your email once you deliver your return package to the post office. This solution is great for when you desire a different size or when you know you will be placing a new order soon.

For other refund/return options, possible return cost apply. In the retourportaal you can find all available shipping methods including the cost.

For non-EU customers, please request your local delivery service for the current shipping price.

Terugbetalingen

All returned orders are processed and refunded within 14 days after receiving the package at our warehouse. The value of the returned product(s) will be refunded to the bank account that was used during checkout.

Did you order using Klarna? The return value will be deducted from the Klarna bill of this order.

Tijdens drukke periodes kan je retourzending vertraging oplopen. Neem gerust contact met ons op voor een update als de termijn van 14 dagen is verstreken.

Klarna

If you used Klarna to place your order we advise to also register the return within your Klarna account. Zo wordt de betaling gepauzeerd totdat de retour is verwerkt en je Klarna-factuur is aangepast.

Garantie

Als een besteld artikel defect blijkt te zijn, gelden de wettelijke garantievoorwaarden. Je mag verwachten dat een product functioneert zoals redelijkerwijs verwacht mag worden.
