Order & Delivery

MY ORDERS

Customers who create an account on our website will have access to their own customer dashboard. This includes order history, order status and tracking details.

Please be aware that you cannot log in with your previous account. You can create a new account here.

The tracking link will be shared in the shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

In some cases the delivery service is not able to deliver your order. This can be because of incorrect address information or other reasons. Once we receive the package back at our warehouse, we will contact you to make a new arrangement.

Please note that when you enter incorrect address details we may incur additional shipping cost for the next shipment.

Delivery time

We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy times surrounding events, holidays, or new releases this may vary. The indicative delivery time counts from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email where you can access your personal tracking link. During busy times your delivery may take longer to arrive.

If you have an account you can check the current status of your order by going to ‘my orders’ in your account dashboard.

PostNL (briefcase packages in the Netherlands only)

Shipping costs will be calculated upon check-out. Possible import taxes are not included.

We sell a few products in the webshop that have a different size. As a result, these products must be shipped separately and cannot be packaged and shipped in combination with other products. For this reason, it is not possible to add other products to your order that contain a product with a different size.

Order cancellation

Want to cancel your order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you can submit a cancellation request from your order page. Please note that your order is not cancelled automatically. Our customer service team will review your request and process it manually. If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to use our regular return or withdrawal process, depending on the product and applicable conditions.

Do you have an account?

Log in to your account, go to your order and open the order details. From there, click Cancel items to submit your request.

Did you order as a guest?

Open the order confirmation email you received after placing your order and click View order. This will take you to your order page, where you can submit a cancellation request.

Can’t find your order email?

If you cannot find your order confirmation email or are unable to access your order page, please contact our customer service team. Include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Contact customer service

Some products, such as digital products, personalised items, tickets or dated services, may have different cancellation or withdrawal rules. Our customer service team will review your request based on the order status and applicable conditions.
