Competition Terms & Conditions

Conditions

1. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of the terms & conditions. No exceptions are made to this.
2. For questions and/or comments, please contact the Masters of Hardcore Store.
3. It is possible that per promotion there are additional terms & conditions. These may be found at the bottom of the page. By participating in the promotion, the participant also accepts these conditions.

Participation and Participants

1. Participation is voluntary.
2. Any costs for participation will be stated in the announcement of the promotion.
3. Participation is open to everyone, with the exception of personnel, suppliers and any sponsors with which Masters of Hardcore cooperates with regard to the relevant promotion.
4. The Masters of Hardcore Store has the right to exclude a participant from a promotion if it appears that the participant has provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information or commits or tries to commit fraud in any other way.
5. The Masters of Hardcore Store can under no circumstances be held responsible for the submission by the participant of an incorrect telephone number, e-mail or home address, which leads to a wrong or unknown address of the participant, or for a malfunction in the network, hardware or software that results in a limited or delayed provision of data by the participant, or loss of such data.

The prize

1. Prizes are always as long as stocks last.
2. Prizes may not be transferred to someone else.
3. It is not permitted to use the products in any way for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
4. When a prize product is returned for whatever reason, a voucher equal to the relevant return amount will be issued instead of a return amount.
5. If the prize contains a signed item, the Masters of Hardcore Store is not liable for any fading of the signature and to what extent the signature is / becomes less visible.
6. Sending a won prize may take longer than the regular sending time, which means that the prize winner may receive the prize at a later date.

Handing out the price  

1. The winner will be selected at random.
2. The prizes cannot be exchanged for money or any other prize.
3. When there are multiple prizes to be won, a participant has only one chance to win. A participant can never win more than once in the same competition.
4. The winner(s) will be personally contacted by the Masters of Hardcore Store within one month at the latest.
5. By participating in the Promotion, each winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the Promotion, including the presentation of the prize. Any photos may be used by the Masters of Hardcore Store for publicity purposes.

Discounts

1. Shipping costs are not included in the discount.
2. No discount is given when exchanging a product.
3. Discount is not valid on a gift voucher.

Data

1. Participating in the competition gives the Masters of Hardcore Store permission to collect and share all data with third parties when this is necessary for the awarding of the prize.

Change of conditions

1. The Masters of Hardcore Store reserves the right to change or end the promotion unilaterally. This will be communicated on the terms & conditions page.
2. The Masters of Hardcore Store does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website (s), despite the fact that we try to keep them working properly at all times.

Liability

1. The Masters of Hardcore Store is in no way liable for any damage, of whatever nature, arising from (participation in) an action.

Additional action conditions per competitions

Choose Your Gift

• If the customer makes use of his right of return and after the return the remaining amount no longer exceeds the action value for fhe gift in question, an amount will be charged. For gifts that belong to an order of € 20 this is € 5, for € 50 this is € 5, for € 75 this is € 10, for € 100 it is € 20.
• If no gift is selected during the order, it cannot be selected and / or delivered afterwards.

• Voor deelname dient het merchandise artikel goed in beeld te zijn, en dient er in ieder geval 1 artikel uit de nieuwe collectie die gelanceerd is op 25-05-2020 te staan.
